It's about having somewhere to make notes on my thoughts on IT Management, Project Delivery and Retail. It's about having a place to keep track of interesting articles I've found on my wanderings. It's about saving and commenting on anecdotes from the internet.

It's a place to hoard stuff.

It's not intended to cause offence, or to be a place of blatent plagiarism or copyright infringement. If you think it has done that, please let me know.

And... it's also a place that isn't updated as often as it could be...

Unlike a lot of these kind of posts, the ten things listed seemed a sensible account of things to consider - with interesting quotes and research. Of course, it's not often that an eCommerce implementation project runs to a thousand team members, and is quite such high stakes (with such a senior sponsor!), but the points are still valid even to smaller projects. Unrelatedly,  my feeds show me that yesterdays APOD (Astronomy Picture of the Day) from NASA showed Apollo 17 on the moon. Which was the last mission to the moon...
